Thought I'd post up something fun that I recorded a couple of years ago, sorry for the language in the chorus, my imatureness shines through in these lyrics, but in my defense it was a few year backs I wrote them. Here's the recording and lyrics:

Where Are The Waves? (Recording)

Verse:
The search began, when an old man spoke
Of giant waves from a far away coast.
Tofino; he whispered for there's your shore,
Tofino is where you're looking for.

So over mountains and the sea,
We travelled in search of the prophecy.
Hours went by but success was here,
As we past a sign saying Tofino's near.

We took our boards down to the sand,
and stared out at the sea:

"Oh fuck, where are the waves" we cried
and through the cloudy mist.
The old man screamed "I lied, I lied"
"There are no waves in Tofino". He Lied!
